Hiroshi Jinno is a Senior Advisor at 4DX Ventures. He is the Founder and CEO of Branford & Company, a Tokyo-based strategic advisory platform focused on cross-border investment and partnerships. He also serves as Vice Chair of both the Middle East and Africa Business Committee and the Geoeconomics Committee at the Japan Association of Corporate Executives (Keizai Doyukai).
He previously served as Chief Investment Officer at the International Finance Corporation (IFC), where he led investment and capital mobilization efforts with Japanese institutions and corporates, expanding Japan-linked investments from US$319 million to over US$3 billion. Throughout his career, he has built deep relationships across Japanese financial institutions, trading houses, development finance institutions, and global investors, playing a key role in mobilizing capital into emerging markets.
Prior to IFC, Hiroshi held senior leadership roles at Deutsche Bank, Aozora Bank, J.P. Morgan, and Morgan Stanley, with extensive experience in investment banking, private equity, and restructuring. He began his career at Goldman Sachs.
