Kingsley Otchere is an Investment Associate at 4DX Ventures, where he supports the firm’s investment efforts across West Africa. He focuses on sourcing, evaluating, and executing early-stage technology investments, as well as partnering with founders to drive growth and operational excellence across the portfolio.
Before joining 4DX, Kingsley was an Investment Associate at Injaro Investments, where he worked on private equity and debt transactions across sectors including mobility, agribusiness, and fintech. He also supported a successful portfolio company exit and contributed to fundraising efforts for Injaro’s new equity fund.
Earlier in his career, Kingsley gained operational and fundraising experience at Yemaachi Biotech, an early-stage biotech company.
Kingsley holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Finance Major) from the University of Ghana, where he graduated with First Class Honors.
